This 46,000 SF Waste Recycling Center and Office / Scale Building. This project was completed in 2022.

This “Knights Corner Development,” is part of a proposed multi-family housing project that includes transforming the symbolic church on Cranston Street into a high-end restaurant. This project will consist of four buildings with 40 units each – resulting in 160 units’ total. This project includes a tennis court, walking paths, outdoor kitchen, covered seating and over 200 parking spaces – 53 of which would be under the buildings at the ground level.  
Transformation of an existing space 1,100 SF into a new Bar located in East Providence. We created a new entry located on the North side and additionally added new windows and doors.
The modest cottage style found throughout the Harbor District was the inspiration for two of the smaller apartment buildings ((1) 2-story structure, and (1) 3-story structure), while the grander 4-story apartment building recounts the historic mill style buildings also found within the neighborhood. Both the residential cottage style homes and the once bustling mills shared this neighborhood during the industrial period, and this new development aims to respect and symbolize the same community feel of that era.
